Return Process

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Our experts will review your request to determine if the issue was caused by shipping damage, heat exposure, or a fulfillment error.

Once approved, we will offer a complimentary replacement of the affected items or a full refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Recycle Packaging
